Abstract

This research is a test of the influence of organizational culture and the productivity of scientific works on the functional functional improvement system of Gadjah Mada University Yogyakarta. The purpose of this research is to know the influence between organizational culture as X1 variable and the productivity of scientific work as X2 variable to the functional system increase system as librarian (Y). The measuring tool used in this research is based on Ricardo and Jolly's theory, Edy Sutrisno and Minister of Administrative Reform (PERMENPAN) of the Republic of Indonesia and Bureaucracy Reform No. 9 of 2014. This type of research is quantitative. This study used the entire population to be respondents so that researchers use saturated sample technique or population sample, where the entire population made as respondents ie 76 respondents. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires, document review, interviews and observation. The data analysis used is checking the completeness of the questionnaire data, tabulating the data using Likert scale 1-4. Then the researcher in the test process influence using the classical assumption test, test resgression, test coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing The result of the research by doing the test described above shows that there is influence between organizational culture to functional functional improvement system of Universitas Gadjah Mada Yogyakarta with contribution of influence 35,4%, then there is influence between productivity of scientific work to functional functional improvement system Universitas Gadjah Mada Yogyakarta with contribution of influence of 55,4% and there is influence of organizational culture and productivity of scientific work on system functional improvement of Universitas Gadjah Mada Yogyakarta with contribution of 61,9%.
