Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of independent variables of online promotion of the dependent variable that is the interest of tourist visits. The research is conducted in Ramayana Ballet Mandira Baruga Yogyakarta, located on Jl. Brigjend. Katamso - Ireda, Keparakan Mergangsan, Yogyakarta. The study was conducted in July of 2018. This research type is quantitative research, that research using data expressed in the form of numbers, which can be calculated and measured, taking data with questionnaires by taking a sample of 70 respondents on the object of research and sampling method that is by convenience sampling method. The data is tested for validity and reliability as well as with simple linear regression analysis technique using computer software "SPSS 22.0" with simple linear regression analysis method. Based on the results of simple linear regression test obtained Y = 4.805 + 0.697 and the value of coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.326 or 32.6% which means that online promotion can be predicted or can be explained to the dependent variable ie visit interest of 46.5% can be influenced by online promotion while the rest is influenced by other factors not studied in this research. From result of t test known t table value and t value of independent variable have significant influence. The results of research and data estimation through simple linear regression method show that partially independent variabe of online promotion have an effect on the dependent variable of guest satisfaction with 0.000 significant level that is less than 0,05 thus the online promotion variable can be stated have positive and significant effect on the interest of visit tourists in Ramayana Ballet MandiraBaruga, then in hypothesis states that Ha accepted and Ho rejected.
