Abstract

This research aims to understand the impact of sharia compliance and good corporate governance which consist of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independency, and fairness toward the customer’s loyalty of Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Godean. The population in this research were all customers of Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Godean with 100 respondents as the sample. This research use the multiple linear regression analysis. In result of the research, the writer can conclude that sharia compliance, transparency, accountability, responsibility, independency, and fairness have the impact toward customer’s loyalty simultaneously. For the partial test, sharia compliance, transparency, and responsibility variables have positive impact, in the other hand, accountability, independency, and fairness variables do not have any impact toward the customer’s loyalty
