Abstract

This study was a quantitative research due to analyze Islamic Rural Banks Efficiency in East Java. Data sourced from financial report of The Financial Services Authority (OJK) in order to take inputs and outputs research were mudharabah saving, mudharabah deposits, and personal charge for inputs and outputs were financial and operational income. Sample research used purposive sampling with special criteria research variables. Research sample consisted of 25 Islamic Rural Banks in East Java. The result of research showed 14 Islamic Rural Banks have an optimal efficiency in all research period and 11 others have not an optimal efficiency from inefficient variables of all variant input and output.
