Abstract

Human resources are individuals that are collected in a group of people by being tied to a particular company, and being the main factor capable of achieving company goals. However, in achieving the company's goals, sometimes employees only carry out their responsibilities without regard to whether the performance they do is able to improve the quality of the company or not. The suitability of individual values, giving remuneration from the company, and the involvement of employees in each human resource will be easy to achieve company goals. This research was conducted to analyze the influence of person organization fit (po-fit), compensation, and employee engagment on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research is a survey research conducted at PT. BPRS Bumi Artha Sampang. The sample used in this study was 49 respondents. The sampling method in this study is non probability sampling while the sampling technique is saturated sampling. The results of the research in (Test F) show that the variable person organization fit (po-fit), compensation, and employee engagment simultaneously influence job satisfaction and employee performance. The partial test results (t test) on employee performance show that the person organization fit (po-fit) and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect, while the other independent variables have no effect. The partial test results (t test) on job satisfaction shows that the compensation variable and employee engagment have a positive and significant effect, while the person person fit (po-fit) variable has no effect. In path analysis (path analysis) shows that the person organization fit (po-fit) variable does not affect employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. While compensation variables and employee engagment have a positive and significant effect.
