Abstract

This research was motivated by the saving interest of santri (students of islamic boarding school) at sharia bank. As the savings facility grows to be better, it will increase the interest of students to save their money at sharia bank. Therefore it will affect the development of the sharia banking industry as well. This research aimed to find out the influence of savings attribute, savingsquality, and sales promotion toward the saving interest at sharia bank. The object of this research was the students of Sunni Darussalam. This research was a quantitative research using questioner as the data collection technique. The technique of this research was purposive sampling with 80 respondents. The researcher also used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis test using IBM SPSS Statistics 20. The result showed that the savings attribute did not affect the saving interest at the sharia bank. Meanwhile the savings quality and the sales promotion affected the interest of saving at the sharia bank.
