Abstract
This research aims to know the influence of the levels of education, wages, and the gender of the employee to productivity on the Bank of the people's Islamic Financing (BPRS) Wake Drajat Residents of Yogyakarta. This research uses the employee population BPRS Wake Drajat of the citizens of Yogyakarta. Sampling method using the saruration technique of sampling, or also called Sampling with saturated. Thus this research is the primary data obtained from the survey questionnaire with the media. A method of data analysis in this study is to test the validity, reliability test, test the assumption of linear regression analysis and classical compounds. The results showed that a third independent variable the dependent variables simultaneously affecting significantly. Partially, variable level of education and gender have no effect significantly to the productivity of the employee BPRS BDW. While variable wages partially influential employee productivity significantly to BPRS BDW.
