Abstract

This research aimed to determine The Impact of Empowerment, Job Rotation, Employee Participation, and Compensation On Employee Job Satisfication. This research was conducted at Sharia Madina Bank. The dependent variable was employee job satisfication. And the independent variables were empowerment, job rotation, employee participation, and compensation. The respondents were all the employee whom consists of 33 employee. Data collection through spreading questionnaire and interviews. Multiple linier regression analysis, which carried out with the help of the statistics program SPSS Windows 19.00, was used to analyze the data. The analysis results showed that empowerment and job rotation positive and significantly influenced on employee job satisfaction. Meanwhile employee participation and compensation had no significant effect on employee job satisfaction.
