Abstract

Financial management, for the theoretical or institusional,for muslims in a country that adheres to democracy and ideologies. Actually appliying religious values in all aspects of life there are no obstacles. Islamic values in financial management, textual or otherwise, is a demand that can encourage believers to create or foster moral, justice, humanity, spiritual and material welfare. In this situation the financial management is an integral part of the _ principles of Islamic Sharia. Moderate Islamic Sharia is the source underlying the establishment in question, both for establishment of the prineiples of theoretical or public behavior to protect the material and spiritual welfare. So in this study is emphasized on two aspects of · the academic load lever in the: l)assess the sources and model standartization strengthening fundamentals establishment of islamic sharia in society and intellectual developmentperiod today. 2) examine the values and teachings of behaviorial }inance and commercial transaction activity, through models instrumentation and standartization of management for managerial policy. Both aspects are very valuable not limited to academic space, but more widespread is the standort externalizing or religious practices in financial management in the economic and business environment.
