Abstract

BPR Bank Surya Yudha shown a good achievement throughout its journey. Having knowledge about the consistency of BPR Bank Surya Yudha in keeping the work achievement of employee, the researcher having an eagerness to understand the supportiveness climate in BPR Bank Surya Yudha as one important factor that keeping great employee achievements. Employee achievements are the representation of the organization achievements and the performance of the organization is inflenced with the quality and the quantity of communication shown in the communication climate that created in a company. Suppoertiveness climate as one dimension in the organization communication climate influence the employee performance achievements because the factor that influence employee performance achievements shown in the communication behavior that leads to supportiveness climate. The objective of the research is understanding the supportiveness climate in BPR Bank Surya Yudha in maintaining employee performance achievements. This research used descriptive qualitative methods. The data collection technique used in this research were in-depth interview methods, observation and data collection from company's documents. The triangulation in this research was done by having in-depth interview and done by the researcher was comparing the result of the interview with interviewee and the documents of the company which related to the issue and with the researcher's own observation. The researcher found that supportiveness climate in BPR Bank Surya Yudha maintaining the employee performance achievements in performance achievements indicators such as: honesty, team work, leadership, initiative and responsibilities.
