Abstract

The turnover of bank employee of BTN Syariah KC Yogyakarta is regarded as small possibility. There are 22 employees of 41 employees of Syariah Bank KC Yogyakarta have worked more than 6 years, its mean that the employee’s satisfaction in this Syariah Bank is classified too high. Many variables to determine the highest satisfaction of this bank employee, there are mastery of technology information, Islamic work ethics, work environment and compensation. Therefore, the aims of this research is to understand the influence of work satisfaction determinant of Islamic Bank. The population of this research is all of bank employee of BTN Syariah Branch Office Yogyakarta, where the sampling technique use the saturated sample by criteriafromthe dominant employee who works in the office. This survey was conductedfor collecting the data of 41 respondents. Beside it, the interview was also conducted for supporting the data. The regression OLS was conducted for answering the research question. From the testing, this research foundthat Islamic work ethics and work environment have positive impact for work satisfaction. But, the mastery of technology information and compensation were not influence the work satisfaction significantly.
