Abstract

Self Regulated Learning (SRL) on students can be described through levels or degrees which include the liveliness of the participating in the cognitive, motivational, and behavior in the learning process. This research aims to know the difference in students who follow SRL class acceleration and regular classes. The hypothesis of this research is the existence of differences in students who follow SRL class acceleration and regular classes in junior high Country 2 Semarang, where students have accelerated classes SRL is higher than regular class students. Sample (N=67) for studet SMP Ma’arif Gamping dan Sampel (N=70)for MTs Nur Iman Student taken using a purposive sampling technique. The measuring instrument used by the researcher is the Self regulated learning scale (Saraswati, 2018) which is made based on Boekarts (2003) self regulated learning theory, whose dimensions are derived from the definition of self regulated self regulated learning. This scale consists of 39 valid items. The analysis in this study used the t-test. Based on the results of data analysis, the tcount obtained is -0.803 and p = .423 (p> 0.05). from these results it can be concluded that there is no difference in Self-Regulated Learning MTs Nur Iman Mlangi Students (Boarding School) and SMP Ma’arif Gamping Students (Regular).
