Abstract

Twins as individuals is a unique phenomenon. Special interaction patterns need to be create so that twins may understand and know positition each other in addition to the same age, so that they can maintain their relationships. Based on that background, this research aims to explain about the verbal and non-verbal communication of twins identical in maintaining the quality of sibling relationships. Purposive sampling used to sort out twins that fit the desired criteria. Meanwhile, this research used interview and additional literatur as the method for collecting data. The results of this research is indicate that communication in twins both verbal and non-verbal which one related to the quality of sibling relationships can maintain their sibling relations, by developing communication which is the overall accumulation of their interactions.
