Abstract

This study was aimed to determine the correlation between regulation emotion and self-compassion toward resilience of people with disability. The data of 78 people with non innate disability were collected with purposive sampling. The data was gathered by resilience scale,emotion regulation scale and self-compassion scale. The data was analyzed with multiple regression method. There was significant of emotion regulation and self-compassion to resilience tendency F=14,433 with significant 0,000 (α<0,05). It means that there is a positive corelation between regulation emotion and selfcompassion toward resilience . Result partial test (t test) on regulation emotion variable of coeficient correlation 0,474 with a significant 0,000 (p<0.05) so that the emotional regulation variable positively influences resilience, while the self-compassion variable is obtained 0,453 with a significant 0,000 (p<0.05) so that the selfcompassion variable positively influences resilience
