Abstract

The study aims to determinan the effect of value of sukuk issuance, sukuk issuance rating, age of sukuk issuance, and company size both simultaneously and partially on stock returns in companies issuing islamic bonds (sukuk) and listed on the Indonesia Stock exchange for periode 2015-2018. The are eight samples in this study are PT XL Axiata Tbk, PT Adira Dinamika Multifinance Tbk, PT Indosat Tbk, PT Aneka Gas Industri, PT Global Media Tbk, PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk, and TIMAH (PERSERO) Tbk. The analysis technique used is the penel data regression analysis submitted by the F test and t test with a significant value of 0.0001 <0.05 H0 rejected and Ha accepted. Based on the results of trials approved by sukuk, the rating approved by sukuk, the age approved by sukuk, and the size of the company together influence the stock returns. Based on t test resultsit is known that the value of sukuk issuance has a positive and signifkcant effect on stock return, sukuk issuance rating has a positive and significant, sukuk issuance age has a significant positive effect on stock returns. And the size of the company has a negative and significant effect on the stock return.
