Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Core Self Evaluations (CSE) on job satisfaction of BPRS Bangun Drajat Warga employees in Yogyakarta. Core Self Evaluations (CSE) is a personality model that consists of four personality traits, namely self esteem, self efficacy, locus of control, and emotional stability. Job satisfaction is an important thing that must be considered by the company, because the more employees feel satisfaction at work, the better the quality of work produced. The independent variables in this study are self esteem, self efficacy, locus of control, and emotional stability. While the dependent variable is job satisfaction. The population in this study is all employees of BPRS Bangun Drajat Warga Yogyakarta with sampling techniques using saturated sample methods. Data collection methods used are questionnaires with multiple linear regression data analysis tools through IBM SPSS Statistics 20. The test results show that the variables of self esteem and emotional stability have a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction, while the variables of self efficacy and locus of control do not affect satisfaction employee work at BPRS Bangun Drajat Warga Yogyakarta.
