Abstract

Management of assets or wealth management is very important in educational institutions. Financial assets and human resources are the main components that need to be professionally managed, to maintain, develop and realize the purposes and goals of education to be able to produce good quality education. The study of implementation wealth management concept aims to find out; (1) the concept of Wealth Management in the Daarul Quran Yogyakarta PPPA, (2) the implementation of Wealth Management at PPPA Daarul Qur'an Yogyakarta, (3) the impact of the implementation of Wealth Management in educational institutions. This research is a qualitative research using descriptive qualitative methods, data collected through; (1) interviews, (2) documentation, (3) observation. Validate data with data and source triangulation. This research was qualitative research. Data collected through (1) interview, (2) documentation, (3) observation. Data validation with triangulation techniques data and resourch. The results of the study show: First, the concept of wealth management in the PPPA Daarul Qur'an Yogyakarta is carried out with a systemic-communicative concept. Secondly, the implementation of management of wealth assets in the nonhuman when using the modified quadrant of Robert T. Kiyosaki in the educational environment, source of wealth in PPPA Daarul Qur'an Yogyakarta comes from; Sd (Student Donation) from donors; Business from the businesses owned by Daarul Qur'an, for example in the Qur’an Village, some of that profits donated to the development of Tahfidz Houses, and Gd (Government and private donations) from CSR Programs (Corporate Social Responsibility) social funds from the company. The management takes into principles of transparency, public accountability, efficiency and effectiveness. Besides financial management, the most important asset for an institution is human resources by referring to operational functions in the form of Procurement, Development, Integration, Maintenance, Separation. Third, the impact of the implementation of wealth management is divided into 2, namely the impact of managing human assets and the impact of managing nonhuman assets. The impact on management assets of humans (human resources), among others; Motivation, Responsiveness, Human Relations, Reward, Evaluation. While the management of non-human assets through quadrant cashflow based on the principles of managing finances has impacts including: Trust, Budgeting, Participation, Effective and Efficient.
