Abstract

This study aims to obtain a general description of the development of management of the Al-Qur'an Subject Teachings Conference of the Hadith of the Three Madrasah Working Groups in Demak Regency which are benchmarked with the Teachers Meeting of Al-Qur'an Subjects Hadith of the Special Region of Yogyakarta Yogyakarta related to the development organization, programs and activities, human resources, facilities and infrastructure, management, financing, as well as monitoring and evaluation, then what becomes a problem in the development of the Subject Teachers 'Consultation, and what steps have been taken by the Subject Teachers' Consultative Council Al-Qur'an Hadith Madrasah Aliyah Yogyakarta Special Province of Yogyakarta in solving these problems. The theory used as a knife analysis in solving these problems, among others; benchmarking theory, human resource management, then specifically discussed about the theory of human resource development, organizational development, problem solving, standard guidelines for developing subject teachers' deliberations, and teacher competencies in the Qur'an. This research is a case study research and takes research subjects in Madrasah Aliyah at the Ministry of Religion in Demak Regency and the Ministry of Religion in Yogyakarta Special Province. Data collection was carried out through documentation, observation, and interviews with the Head of Madrasah Education in the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion in the Special Region of Yogyakarta Yogyakarta and the Head of Madrasah Education Section of the Ministry of Religion in Demak Regency, Board of Directors of Subject Teachers, Al-Qur'an Hadith Teachers, and Group Chairmen Madrasah Work in Demak Regency. Data analysis was carried out by collecting, reducing, presenting, and drawing conclusions / verification from the development of the Al-Qur'an Teacher's Consultation for the Hadith Madrasah Aliyah Special Region of Yogyakarta Yogyakarta. Data analysis was carried out since the researchers were in the field, during data collection, and after all data was collected or after completion from the field. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The Teacher's Consultation in Al-Qur'an Subject Madrasah Aliyah Hadith in Demak Regency has problems in programs and activities, human resources, facilities and infrastructure, management, financing, and monitoring and evaluation. (2) The development of management in the Al-Qur'an Teachers' Deliberation of the Madrasah Aliyah Hadith Special Region of Yogyakarta covers the development of programs and activities, human resources, facilities and infrastructure, management, financing, and monitoring and evaluation. (3) Lesson learned that can be taken is by developing systems, structures and programs so that it will increasingly develop into a professional organization that can improve the competence of Al-Qur'an teachers of Hadith within the Ministry of Religion in Demak Regency.
