Abstract

Strategies for self-reliance Formation and Santri confidence in Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Putri 3.Thesis, Yogyakarta: Master's Program UIN Sunan Kalijaga, 2019. This research is backed by the importance of self-reliance and self-confidence that must be built early by the various institutions in Indonesia that aims to Build a young generation that grows and develops well according to time and place.Some examples of cases that occur due to lack of self-reliance and the confidence of a student or students are cheating.This activity is often encountered in public school institutions and Madrasah.Students want to get perfect grades without learning with Menggantukan to their friends who tend to be smarter of them.It is evident that not embedded independent characters in itself are seen from his inconsistency to propagate the process (learning) and they are not confident because they are not convinced of his own ability so as to trigger the Drinya to cheat.With the strategy applied in forming a self reliance and students confidence through the implementation of the existing Intrurricular, co-curricular and extracurricular activities.So it will produce a good output that is a students that has self-reliance and high confidence. This research is a qualitative field study using the phenomenological approach of the target is all the parties involved in the process of self-reliance and confidence in the students.Data collection using observation methods, interviews, and documentation. The validity test of data on this study was established using triangulation source and triangulation technique.While the analysis uses data analyses from Miles Huberman is data reduction, data presentation and verification.In this case researchers will reveal the strategy of self-reliance Formation and Santri confidence in Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Putri 3.The results of this study stated that the strategy of self-reliance formation and students confidence in Pondok Modern Darussalam gontor Putri 3 There are five strategies that are transparency, habituation, discipline, sense and conduct implemented into Extracurricular and co-curricular activities through the POACE pattern. POACE is planning, organizing, implementing, controlling and evaluating. The five patterns are used to control each activity performed.The third implementation of the activities resulted in a very self-reliant and confident students.The implications of the five strategies implemented in the Intrurricular activities, co-curricular and extracurricular implicates the community's belief in the institution of Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Putri 3 increasingly strong, enthusiastic society Each year increased proved from the number of candidates Ahlaqulqarimah who registered himself in Pondok Modern Darussalam gontor Putri 3 always increase consistently and significantly and make the Pesantren more advanced with the quality and the system is packed Neatly.
