Abstract

A good learning program can be managed by a structured management. Management is important to facilitate the achievement of the goals of human needs. The things that can be managed by management are facilities, infrastructure, time, human resources, methods, and others. Likewise with the process of learning the Qur'an, many ways or even methods are used to facilitate someone in learning it. This study uses a qualitative approach whose data are taken from the field (field research) that is descriptive qualitative. As a field study, what is needed in this study is primary data. That is, data that are directly taken from the research location. While the presentation is done in a qualitative descriptive manner, which is to describe the object under study as it is with statements that are qualitative. The results show that (1) family-based management in Ar Royyan's Taḥfiẓ house is management with close collaboration between the team, namely with social and interpersonal management. Its management system is family-friendly with a democratic leadership style. Namely it is the ability to influence others to be willing to work together to achieve the goals set by various activities that will be carried out and determined together. (2) The management strategy adopted by Ar-Royyan's Taḥfiẓ house is propose of Al-Qosimi learning for Taḥfiẓ Al-Quran. As for community interest and participation, there are several factors that influence it. The community interest is from self needs, strong desires, social environment, and new experiences. While direct public participation with their participation in the program and solidarity of the community members, indirect participation with the trust and sensitivity of the community. (3) The evaluation system used is the evaluation of Context, Input, Process, Product (CIPP), which is seen from the purpose of applying the Al-Qosimi method, the implementation of the method, the preparation of program activities and the output of the implementation of the method. The supporting factors are from the figure of hafidz and hafidzah who are diligent, motivation of all parties, comfortable places, and rewards for those who have finished. While the inhibiting factors are santris boredom, limited memorization of time, and personal busyness.
