Abstract

Functionally the madrasah supervisors have the main tasks, including carrying out managerial supervision in the madrassas in charge. This effort is in order to improve the quality of madrassas in accordance with Regulation of the Minister of Religion No. 2 of 2012 and Permendiknas No. 12 of 2007. Managerial supervision is a number of activities that accommodate madrasa performance. Managerial supervision also has an interest in increasing the managerial ability of the madrasah head. The basic purpose of this study is to see how the perception of Ibtidaiyah madrasa principals in the city of Yogyakarta on the supervisory managerial supervisory performance which includes planning, implementing and evaluating supervisory managerial supervision programs. This field research will explain in a valid and objective manner the perception of the madrasah head on the performance of Yogyakarta city supervisors. The method used is a combination or (Mix Method) which is descriptive in nature. This method is a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. While the model used in this study is the Concurrent Embedded model. The Embedded Model is a research model that combines qualitative and quantitative data together (simultaneously). The data generated is descriptive in the form of words, expressions and opinions of research subjects verbally. Then the data is indexed and categorized using the Rating Rating Scale. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Optimization the planning of supervisory programs in all Madrasah Ibtidaiyah cities of Yogyakarta according to the perception of all principals of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in the city of Yogyakarta in preparation for madrasah accreditation in the context of meeting the eight National Education Standards (SNP). These efforts are carried out by supervisors with the aim of improving the quality of each madrasah they foster. On the other hand according to the perception of the head of the mardrasah that SNP monitoring must continue to be planned optimally and sustainably in each supervisory program, bearing in mind that monitoring of the eight SNP affects all aspects of other program aspects specifically managerial management of madrasas. Managerial supervision performance in the planning of supervisory programs according to the perception of all madrasah ibtidaiyah principals in the city of Yogyakarta is classified as very good category, as evidenced by interviews and results of filling in the madrasa head instruments as well as physical evidence of the preparation of supervisory program documents. The average score in the planning of managerial supervision programs amounted to 86.11%. (2) The program of supervisory managerial supervision implementation using the School Visitation or madrasa / school visit includes measuring the behavior, measuring the behavior from agreed standards, correcting deviations, investigating what is being done, comparing results and agreeing on the results. As for the priority of x the program is to monitor eight National Education Standards (SNP), foster the head of madrasas and manage madrasa administration. The implementation of managerial supervisory supervision is very helpful to madrasah heads in managing madrasa administration, although there are some obstacles that must be raised in the implementation of managerial supervision in the future such as the implementation of madrasah head training / training and optimization of KKKM / MKKS (Madrasah / school head working group). Managerial supervision performance in the implementation of the supervisory program according to the perception of all madrasah ibtidaiyah principals in the city of Yogyakarta is classified as very good category, evidenced by interviews and results of filling in the madrasa head instruments as well as physical evidence of the implementation of supervisory program documents. The average score in the implementation of managerial supervision programs amounted to 84.31%. (3) At the evaluation stage the supervisor uses the Quality Control (QC) technique. Quality control aims to ensure quality in accordance with the targets achieved. As for what the supervisors did in program evaluation saw the readability of program implementation, readability of instrument stability, checking instrument implementation reports, giving input and suggestions to the madrasa. According to the Head of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah of Yogyakarta City, supervisors should be able to classify any shortcomings of madrasas in administrative management so that it becomes a reference and reference in the next managerial supervision program. Managerial supervision performance in the evaluation of supervisory programs according to the perception of all madrasah principals in the city of Yogyakarta is classified as very good category, evidenced by interviews and results of filling in the madrasa head instruments as well as physical evidence of the supervisory program evaluation documents. The average score in the evaluation of managerial supervision program amounted to 91.67%
