Abstract
This study aims to determine the factors that influence customer satisfaction using Bank Syariah Mandiri mobile banking services Kaliurang KCP Yogyakarta. In this study taking a sample of 100 respondents using purposive sampling from the entire population, namely all customers of Bank Syariah Mandiri Kaliurang Sub-Branch Office Yogyakarta. This research is a quantitative study using a multiple linear regression analysis tool that is processed with the help of SPSS version 20. The results of this study indicate that the factors that affect customer satisfaction using Bank Syariah Mandiri mobile banking services Kaliurang KCP Yogyakarta, as for the factors that influence it. are convenience factors, convenience factors, access ability factors and security factors simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction using Bank Syariah Mandiri mobile banking services Kaliurang KCP Yogyakarta
