Abstract

This Friday Khusyu regulation appears based on two considerations, including: That Friday prayer is a compulsory worship for every male Muslim, which must be carried out in a safe, calm, and solemn atmosphere '. That in order to create an atmosphere in order to foster a sense of mutual understanding, respect and tolerance for fellow religious communities as well as between religious communities, which involves strong moral and ethical values to change the Bima society who does not obey the rules, the Friday Khusyu regulation is here to provide a permanent solution with clear and targeted sanctions. Regional shari'ah regulations are rules that contain values and norms derived from the Al-Qur'an and sunnah that apply in an area. The people of Bima are very enthusiastic about welcoming the Friday Khusyu Regional Regulation Number 4 of 2013 where the Khusyu Friday Regional Regulation applies on Friday to stop all community activities in order to create calm and a special atmosphere for Muslims who will and are implementing Friday Prayers. The formulation of the problem in this research is about the reasons for the emergence of the Perda Jum’at Khusyu "in the Bima community as well as the mechanisms and methods in applying the Perda Jum’at Khusyu" in Bima. This research is a qualitative research, because the data used as the object of research is data that starts from the field as a basis and is obtained grounded, in which there are phenomenological aspects, symbolic interactions, culture and anthropology. From the results of research carried out on the implementation of the Friday Khusyu Regional Regulation in the Bima area, there are very significant things, regarding the presence of a sense of awareness of the Bima community to obey the rules and follow existing protocols so that the Islamic rulings in the Bima area look beautiful and very tolerant. thus, the implementation of the Khusyu Friday Regional Regulation needs to be extended to all regions of Bima.
