Abstract

ABSTRAK Purpose from this is experiment to understanding the roles of Public Relations in the district goverment who had happened in territory is Merapi Mountain explosion, expecially Public Relations Secretariat Region Province Yogyakarta Special Region. Excamine carefully method who have used by descriptive qualitative which researcher have description from data's who have got from field research. The problem is how Public Relations Secretariat Region Province Yogyakarta Special Region in confront Merapi Mountain explosion. Remember for mass media as mitra work Public Relations which second one another to require each other. Public Relations angage mass media for help deliver informations to public. Where as mass media require information from people's Public Relations. mass media which in deliver information a have influence which in eyes public. Who later will affect to excel. Public Relations to make mass media as one of the relation job for to sport smoothness in o carry out daily activities. From reseach result will to point out role Publc Relations Secretariat Region Province Yogyakarta Special Region in to confront with event in territory, natural disaster Merapi Mountain explosion. div
