Many critics to sociology born from the positivistic West tradition, and by some of academic of Moslem looked into the existence number of analysis, which oppose against Islamic values. Till in this time not yet fully emerge alternatives paradigm in sociology. Including for the sociology of religion which implied in discourse of islamisasi ilmu expanding in Islam world lately. However, the idea of Kuntowijoyo concerning social science of prophetic can be make as alternatives paradigm for sociology, especially for Islamic State University of Sunan Kalijaga with sociology study program at faculty of Social Science Humanities. Of course, the mention it need circumstantial study.
