Abstract

Inter-religious dialogue and cooperation does not mean a communication process between the members of different religions which focusing on providing explanations to support the truth of certain religious doctrines for others. Dialogue is defined as an idea exchange that is formulated in various ways. Therefore, any effort to dominate the others should be avoided because we do not need to blame the others to prove the truth of ourselves.In Kimball’s model of dialogue, there are various forms of interreligious dialogue, such as living dialogue, social work dialogue, theological dialogue, and spiritual dialogue. By occupying these kinds of dialogues, the members of different religions could give contribution to solve social problems within society.
