Abstract

In the writing of the research, the writer formulated two pricipal problems are how is the implementation quality management system ISO 9001:2008 in Yogyakarta Country University and what is the benefit of implementation quality management system ISO 9001:2008 in Yogyakarta Country University. The purpose of this research are to find out how is the implementation quality management system ISO 9001:2008 in Yogyakarta Country University and what is the benefit of implementation quality management system ISO 9001:2008 in Yogyakarta Country University. This research characteristic is descripstivequalitatve. The data collecting method are observation, interview, documentation, and literature. The process of data analysis are data reduction, data display, and conclution drawing. The testing of data validity use triangulation of technique, and member check. The result of this research is phases of implementation quality management system ISO 9001:2008 in Yogyakarta Country University there are 35 phases, that: identifiying process; documenting quality management system; hold of quality system document; Keeping documenctation of result process;. decide organization quality wisdom; decide organization quality target and department; protect quality system; decide responsibility and authority; pointing vise management; confirm internal communication; bringing about meeting; identifiying necessity of Human Trick Resource or tool; have a competence human trick resource; have a support infrastructure; ready a save and health work area; identifiying and observe user condition; determine communication with user; placed develop product or new service; determine quality service; hold of process; do measuring process; validiting process; do measuring or examine process; take care and validiting product; give product identifocation; save good user mine; protection, handling, and area; give service sold form (do not use in library); measuring user satisfaction; bring about internal audit, take away does not product measure; bring about repair measure; bring about does not or prohibition measure; bring about data analysis; and do a reasing program continues. The benefit are processing thesis have closed wth quality target, and now doing a reasing program coninous, reasing spirit of staff in every work area.
