Abstract

This study is aimed to determine the relationship between Adversity Intelligence with career maturity on student of SMK N 2 Temanggung . The subjects of this research were student of SMK N 2 Temanggung totalled 1 0 1 people , consist of 35 people student of Accountant , 32 people from student of Catering , and 3 4 people from student of fasion . The sampling technique research using cluster random sampling technique. Data collecti on methode used is the scale of Adversity Intelligence and career maturity scale. Data analysis was done by using product moment correlation test. The result showed that : 1. There is a significant positive relations hip between Adversity Intelligence with career maturity on student of SMK N 2 Temanggung , this is shown with correlation coefficient r xy = 0, 651 with p = 0,000, so concluded that the hipothesys is accepted. 2. Adversity Intelligence contributes to career maturity amounted to 4 2,3 %, shown with R square = 0, 4 23 . Keyword : Adversity Intelligence, career maturity.
