Abstract

This research aims at examining influence of corporate culture applied by PT. Telkom to the employees' satisfaction <-nd performance. Corporate culture was measured by applying five artifact elements (Stretch the g Involve everyone, Quality is my job, and Reward the winners) representing one of the corporate culture level applied by PT. results of data processing by the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) indicate , hat there are significant correlations between each eler, tent of the artifact as weU as the simultaneous measurer, tent of the five artifacts and the employees' satisfac, The research also reveals that although only nth employees1 performance, the simultaneous measurvr. rent of the five artifacts shouted that corporate culture has a significant correlation with employees' performance, the results also indicats that the correlation beti ven employees' satisfaction and employees' performance is insignificant.
