Abstract

Human resource is the most important resource of an organization. One of implication is that the most important invesment possibly done by an organization is in the field of the human resource development. This development of it can be done trough varians ways. One of which is through education and training. This writing will describe the process of pattern of the human resource development, namely teachers of Quranic Kindegarten (TPA) coordinated by Al-Muna at Sembego, Maguwoharjo, Depok, Sleman. The pattern of development is in the form of training. The process of this training in general can be said to be successful. This can be see from a number of component or element of training which function well. The result, how for the subjects of training can be accepted and understood by the members, and influences of this toward the increasing of their capability and professionalism cannot be evaluate yet.
