Abstract
Human beings consist of two main parts; our body and Spirit. And the combination of them created the third part namely Soul. Therefore human being's health depends on those three parts. The meaning of healthy in Islam is Shihhah and Afiyah which covered the health of our physic, Spirit and soul. Based on that fact, Consuming lawful foods is a must to be healthy. There are big secret behind the rule of lawful and forbidden foods in Islam. A Lawful food is a food which will give many advantages for our health, start from our body, mental and also our attitude. While A forbidden food is a food containing disease for our body, mental and also our attitude. One of the lawful foods is an animal that is slaughtered based on Islamic Teachings or Syar'i. The meaning of syar'i slaughtering is killing animal characteristics that are not suitable for human beings, and mentioning the name of Allah in the process of slaughtering means confirming Allah Characteristics in the Human being's personality.
