Abstract

The law is the core of civilization of the nation. It means that the most pure thing here is the Islamic law itself and it reflects the soul of nation clearly than the constitution or board. It therefore has greater attention not only for the the scientist of law but also from the civilization viewer. It automatically express the general view for the Islamic world. Regardleass of the special cases, it can be attached that the law of God Allah is the major knowledge and the affective instrument as well for forming the social structure and the life of muslim and also it can guarantee the Islamic unity and security from any political behaviour problem. The amendment of Islamic law show them selves in four figures namely, codlvication of Islamic law become the constitutional law of state (siyasah), the freedom of Muslim for one school of thought or madzab only of certain law (doctrin takhayyur or selection), the development of law in anticipating the development of law appearing the (doctrin tatbiq) or the applied of law for the new event), and the change of old law towards the new one. It is called the doctrin of tajdid ( re intepretation).
