Abstract

The study, entitled "Effect of Internal Communications Against Work Ethic (Survey On Saka Bahari Organization Kwartir Cabang City of Yogyakarta in The Elaboration Period 2011-2013)" is aimed at finding out if significant influence of internal communication with member organizations work ethic saka bahari kwartir cabang city of Yogyakarta period from 2011 to 2013. The background research on the background by the presence of a good work ethic in this organization even though the organization is classified as a social organization, could be affected by either internal communications or by other factors. The theory used in this study include human relations theory is to explain that the relationships and interactions that occur within an organization influential in the success of the organization.The type of research used is quantitative research method used was a survey. The population is a member organizations work ethic saka bahari kwartir cabang city of Yogyakarta, amounting to 75 people. After doing research, analysis, and discussion proved that this hypothesis has been proved that can be summed up as follows: internal communication correlation coefficient of 0.125 with a work ethic. Sig. generated at 0.286> 0.05, it can be concluded that the relationship between the two variables between internal communication and work ethic to have a relationship very low and not significant. This can happen because the organization under study possible is not a social organization that promotes economic organization a good performance. And by looking at the results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination (r2) which is the amount of influence of the two variables . The coefficient of determination of internal communication is the work ethic of 0.016, which means the effect of 1.6%. And the rest influenced other factors not examined.
