PERPUSTAKAAN BAGI SISWA KELAS X DAN XI
DI MAN YOGYAKARTA 1This study aims to determine the effectiveness of user education in the use of the
library for class X and XI in Yogyakarta MAN 1.Methods of data collection is done
using questionnaires as the primary
method, observation, interviews and documentation as acomplementary
method. Population is taken as X and XI grade
students in Yogyakarta MAN 1. Sampling basis using the formula as much as
83 respondents Yamane using techniques AccidentalSampling. The analysis
used is quantitative descriptive analysis, the results obtained can be
concluded that based on the average of4.06 overall results thus obtained can be
considered that the use of the library user education for
students in classes X and XI MANYogyakarta a relatively effective. In this
study there are four sub-variables with the details of the average value as
follows: aspects of the tasks
and functions are quite effective is 4.02, and programaspects of the plan is 4.03 a
relatively effective, aspects of the terms and rules are classified
as 4.04 effective, and aspects of thegoals and ideals are quite effective is 4.14. Based
on the average value of the above, suggestions for Libraries Jogjakarta MAN 1 in
order to emphasize aspects of the duties and functions of the implementation
of user education, and aspects of the plan andprogram, aspects of the
