efficiency, and balance. IBRA Library Information System is based Library
Information Systems of the Technology is very reliable and very suitable for

collectors of information. The method used is a qualitative method using inductive
analysis approach to the exclusion of initial research hypothesis, but look for
patterns, shapes and themes to be able to disclose the data systematically. The

A. Simpulan
Setelah penulis dan meneliti tentang Penerapan Otomasi di Self Access
Learning Center maka dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut:
1. Yang melatar belakangi penerapan system otomasi di Self Access Learning
Center PBBA UIN Sunan Kalijaga, selain karena perkembangan teknologi
informasi juga karena aplikasi otomasi senayan lebih mudah dipahami.
2. Dalam penerapan sistem otomasi Senayan di Self Access Learning Center
masih belum sempurna, masih memerlukan panduan dari orang yang lebih
ahli dibidangnya, misalnya ahli dalam Ilmu Perpustakaan, teknologi
informasi (IT).
3. Kelebihan Senayan adalah sebagai berikut:
a) Senayan dapat diperoleh dan digunakan secara gratis.
b) Mampu memenuhi kebutuhan otomasi perpustakaan.
c) Senayan dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman
interpreter.
d) Proses instalasi mudah dilakukan.
e) Memiliki dokumentasi yang lengkap
Kekurangan senayan adalah sebagai berikut 95

selain mozilla firefox tetapi jika hanya digunakan untuk mengakses

of Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta Library aims at describing type of SIPRUS V 3.0 metadata
scheme as a library automation software and understand how metadata scheme quality of
SIPRUS V 3.0 applied in that university. The used research method is a qualitative method
with automation software of as research subject. The research object is the metadata
scheme of automation software of SIPRUS V 3.0 at the university. Documentation,
observation, and interview are used to gather the research data. Qualitative data analysis
technique model based on Miles and Huberman analysis becomes researcher choice in
research data analysis. Assessment in this research based on twelve subvariabel that is,
descriptive metadata, administrative metadata, structural metadata, encoding, point of
access, semantics, content, syntax, work, expression, manifestation, and item. The result
shows that the quality of SIPRUS V 3.0 metadata scheme at the State Islamic University of
Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta Library is good based on seven subvariabel to get good value,
two subvariabel gets enough value, and rest three subvariabel gets ugly value. SIPRUS V
3.0 using descriptive metadata scheme and applying ISBD (International Standard Book
Description) as making record and mark-up language HTML (Hypertext Markup
Language) embedded by PHP (Hypertext Processor) applied as display at web
environment. To develope of SIPRUS V 3.0 metadata scheme hardly need to be done
continual and further expansion to accomodate requirement of related library of

related automation are the catalog management, circullation management, OPAC,
and barcode scanning and reporting. The analysis technique used in this study is

presentation, drawing conclusions and verification. Determination of parameters
based on the library needs of Saleh's statement that the automation system should

PADA JARINGAN LOKAL MENGGUNAKAN PROTOKOL WEBRTCCommunication networks and technologies, especially the internet, allow instant human interaction and without geographical boundaries through text-based chat rooms. Video communication is increasingly popular and important, including for campus admissions which have counter facilities to be able to carry out two-way communication. Related to this, campus admissions require a video call application that does not require users to download applications other than a web browser. Therefore, this study aims to design and build video call website-based applications using WebRTC technology. This application gives users the ability to conduct video communication in real-time through a browser without the need to install additional applications in the same network, thus providing flexibility and easy access. Users can directly access the video call feature without the need to download a special application. This research uses Node.js with Express.js as the back-end, and ReactJS as the front-end to build applications.
The Websocket protocol is used to manage requests and responses between clients and servers and to enable real-time communication in the form of streaming between clients and servers. The results showed that a website-based video call application was successfully designed and built with main features, such as login and logout, homepage with registered account view, changing passwords, and making and receiving video calls. The extreme programming method is applied in the development of this application to ensure the system runs properly and is responsive. The conclusion of this study is that a web-based video call application with WebRTC has been designed and built successfully. Prior to the existence of this system, the process of submitting letters had to come to the village office directly, as well as village staff who had to manually write down the personal data of the residents who submitted the letter.
In this study, the authors chose to use the Extreme Programming method for system development. Extreme Programming was chosen because it is flexible and open to changes that occur in the midst of the system development process. System development uses the Extreme Programming method through four stages of development, namely planning, design, coding, testing. This system was developed based on a website so that it can be easily accessed anywhere and anytime as long as the device used is connected to internet access.
Based on the results of testing the Sistem Informasi Surat Otomatis Kalurahan Tegaltirto, whether it's alpha or beta testing, it can be concluded that the system is running well and can be used easily by residents and village staff as admins. Alpha test results prove that the system functionality is 100% running well. The results of beta testing for the admin section feature, 100% of respondents stated that all features were running well and the results of beta testing for system usability from all respondents 56.25% strongly agreed, 31.25% agreed, and 12.5% were neutral. This study used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach that
tends towards data analysis. The subjects of this study were SIAGA Operators in
the PAIS Section and Islamic Religious Education Teachers in Sleman Regency.
The data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, and
documentation. In this study the authors used the PIECES Framework method in
analyzing data.
The SIAGA application is an application used by Islamic Religious
Education Teachers to run programs in the ministry of religion, as well as a
database for Islamic Religious Education Teachers. The results of the analysis of
the effectiveness of the SIAGA application with the dimensions of performance,
information, control, efficiency, service, and user show that the SIAGA application
at the Ministry of Religion of Sleman Regency has been running well, although there

Agama Kabupaten Kebumen. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah Implementasi
Sistem Informasi Manajemen dalam Meningkatkan Pelayanan Ibadah Haji di
Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Kebumen. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan
dalam penelitian ini adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Teknik
pengecekan keabsahan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah
triangulasi metode dan triangulasi sumber.
Hasil penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi manajemen di Kementerian

semester exam schedule for facilitate it’s performance.
The semester exam scheduling system was built by implementing Tabu
Search Algorithm. Tabu Search is a local search technique that solve optimization
problems by searching for the best neighbour solution based on constraints and
penalties. This system used Tabu Search algorithm to optimize the initial
schedule. The initial schedule was alocated from classes of exam and supervisors
which placed based on dates and sessions of exam. The result of this initial
schedule optimization is optimal schedule with the most minimal of penalty.
This semester exam scheduling system can provide information about exam
schedule from each student and monitoring schedule from each supervisor, and
can implement Tabu Search algorithm well. This system also can overcome the
main problem that faced by Section of Academic based on the result of
comparison experiments between manual exam scheduling and exam scheduling

This research was conducted as an optimization to support the information technology security system process so that it can work according to the KAMI index standards. The result of this study is that the higher the percentage results, the more recommended the stock is for investment.

correction and assessment were compilation, black-box test, memory utilization
and running time. This system utilized GCC in processing compiling, a popular

based on the Senayan Library Management System (SLiMS) 9 bulian. The data
collection techniques in this study are observation, questionnaire, documentation,
and interview. The population in this research amounted to 725, and after it was
calculated using the slovin formula, a sample of 88 respondents was obtained. The
measurement of usability level of (Online Public Access Catalog) OPAC based on
Senayan Library Management System (SLiMS) 9 bulian uses a usability testing
method ISO 9241 11. The measurement of the usability level uses three variables,
namely efficiency (efficient), effectiveness and satisfaction. The results showed that
the overall percentage value of the three components was calculated using the
percentage formula, and it obtained a result of 75,1%, so it obtained a high
category. The details for each variable are the efficiency variable (efficient) is 76%,
so it is categorized as high, and the effectiveness is 69,3% so it is categorized as
high, and the satisfaction (satisfaction) is 80,1%, so it is categorized as high. Based
on the calculation using the percentage formula, it can be seen that the level of
usability of the OPAC based on SLIMS at the library of Ulil Albab MAN 3 Bantul
is already high with a percentage of 75,1%. The results of the research provide
suggestions to the library of Ulil Albab MAN 3 Bantul based on the minimum

There are many users accessing this system. So it is too risky if the

perception for the Wonosobo library application of the regional archives and
libraries office of Wonosobo Regency. The sample obtained from the calculation
with the Slovin formula are 100 respondents. Meanwhile, the sampling technique
used is incidental sampling. This research has a single variable, namely the user's
perception of Wonoosobo Library applications. This research instrument uses the
PIECES framework, namely performance, information, economic, control,
efficiency, and service. The scale used in this research is a Likert scale with 4
answer options. The data collection techniques in this study used 4 ways, namely
questionnaires, observations, interviews, and documentations. The data analysis of
this research used the mean and grand mean formulas. The results showed that the
overall calculation of the sub-variables showed value of 3.07 which is on the scale

mengelola seluruh kepentingan Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan (PTK),
Interaksi antara guru dan karyawan yang menjabat sebagai validator dan verifikasi
dilakukan secara online tanpa harus bertemu muka dengan muka. Ini bentuk
publik administrasi yang interaksinya sepenuhnya online. Aplikasi SIMPATIKA
berperan untuk menunjang segala kebutuhan pemerintah dalam menjaring datadata
PTK, selayaknya Bidang Pendidikan dan Madrasah (DIKMAD) Kantor
Wilayah Kementerian Agama DIY secara maksimal memanfaatkan data
SIMPATIKA sebagai sarana dalam pengambilan keputusan.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif.
Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah kepala bidang, Kepala Kasi, Staf/Operator
SIMPATIKA Kanwil, 3 operator SIMPATIKA lembaga. Pengambilan sampel
didasarkan pada kriteria 3M mengetahui, memahami dan mengalami dengan
mengunakan tehnik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan
dokumentasi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1. Pengelolaan data SIMPATIKA
Dibidang DIKMAD Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama DIY telah sesuai
dengan prosedur yang telah ditetapkan oleh operator SIMPATIKA pusat. Dilihat
dari bagaimana Pengelolaan SIMPATIKA mulai dari format, pengumpulan data
sampai ke penyajian data, SIMPATIKA dapat di jadikan dasar pengambilan
keputusan yang akurat. 2. Pengambilan keputusan terkait dengan Pendidik dan
Tenaga Kependidikan di bidang DIKMAD saat ini benar-benar tegas dan
komitmen mengikuti peraturan sistem yang telah ditetapkan, karena dasar

Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan tahap transcript, coding, grouping, comparing dan contrasting. Teknik keabsahan data yang digunakan melalui triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi sistem informasi pelayanan publik di PTSP Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Yogyakarta meliputi empat unsur yakni mudah, cepat, akurat dan akuntabel. PROTOTYPINGKonveksi adalah usaha di bidang busana jadi yang dibuat secara
besar-besaran. Busana yang diproduksi disebuah konveksi dibuat dalam ukuran yang
standar. Pengelolaan proses bisnis di Servant Factory saat ini masih bergantung pada
catatan manual. Pengelolaan sudah menggunakan website, namun hanya berfungsi
sebagai penyimpanan data hasil rekap manual. Kemudian, beberapa alur bisnis
dirasa terlalu lama jika harus menghidupkan komputer dan mengakses website.
Website yang ada juga belum bisa menyimpan beberapa data terkait transaksi.
Banyaknya dokumen-dokumen yang berwujud kertas juga menjadi rawan hilang.
Sehingga pada akhirnya proses pengelolaan menjadi tidak efektif dan tidak efisien.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan sebuah sistem yang mampu
membuat proses pengelolaan konveksi menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Dalam
proses pengerjaannya, sistem ini dibangun dengan berbasis andorid menggunakan
framework Flutter, API dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP, dan basis data MySQL.
Metode pengembangan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode
Prototyping. Metode ini dipilih karena memiliki feedback atau komunikasi antara
developer dan client yang sangat baik. Selain itu metode ini adalah metode yang
tahapanya sederhana dan juga lebih fleksibel terhadap perubahan-perubahan yang
mungkin terjadi.

The research carried out is an effort to overcome the subjectivity problem with a decision support system using the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) method based on the existing assessment criteria. The Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process method uses a fuzzy ratio called the Triangular Fuzzy Number (TFN) which is used in the fuzzification process, so that it can describe vague decisions and minimize uncertainty on the AHP scale.

In addition, all program selection procedures are still done manually, so it takes a relatively longer time and is prone to errors.
To overcome this, we need a system that can assist the decision making process. In determining the priority of the work program that is right on target, it is necessary to assign a weight value to each alternative work program, then proceed with a ranking process that will select the given alternative. In order for alternative selection to be more systematic, a decision support system is needed. With a decision support system for determining work program priorities, the use of APBDes will be easier and on target. There are several decision-making methods, the first is the Entropy weighting method used to weight the criteria. Meanwhile, The Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method is used to rank work program priorities. There are five criteria to determine the priority of the work program, namely the estimated RAB (Budget Plan), number of beneficiaries, urgency, age of object, sustainability factor.
The data from the functionality test shows that the system is functioning 100%, meaning that the system has been running well. While the results of usability testing show that respondents strongly agree at 48.3% and agree value at 40%. The data from the evaluation of the Entropy-TOPSIS method, shows an accuracy rate of 79.1%, a recall rate of 97.9%, and a precision of 89.5%. Dari informasi yang didapat, penulis akan melakukan kajian usability aplikasi KlassMu menggunakan metode usability testing dari Jacob Nielsen dan skala likert digunakan sebagai kategori skala sikap. Penelitian ini menggunakan 5 program studi kelas X tahun ajaran 2020-2021 SMK Muhammadiyah Pakem. Penelitian dilakukan dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada 213 responden yang dipilih dengan teknik simple random sampling. The results showed that the use of the Inlislite application to innovate digital collection services was carried out by uploading PDF files on the book catalog menu of the digital content sub menu. This process will be automatically responded by the main menu of digital services by displaying a special catalog with a PDF file. Evaluation of application utilization using usability theory shows that this application is easy to use, efficient, easy to remember and fun. Although the error factor can still occur, the librarian as an admin user can solve it well. the Kudus SLiMS Community. This study used qualitative research method. The
data collection methods used in this study are direct observation, non-structured
interviews, and documentation technique. The data analysis method used in this
study is Miles and Huberman method. The researcher found that the roles of the
Kudus SLiMS Community within the development of the SLiMS plug-ins are (1) a
source of inspiration/idea for developing a plug-in; (2) a place for the member of
the Kudus SLiMS Community to share their developed plug-ins; and (3) a place of
reference for the SLiMS Developer Community (SDC) find information about
SLiMS plug-ins. Based on the findings, in the future, it will be necessary to do

Uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dengan melakukan pengecekan data yang diperoleh dari berbagai sumber.

manipulation style techniques. This research is a single variable descriptive
quantitative research. The data retrieval of this study using a questionnaire method
with 100 respondents, of the Yogyakarta City Library and Archives visitors and
also librarians interviews. The sampling of this study used incidental sampling
method, which is a sampling technique based on spontaneity. In this study the
data obtained were processed in SPSS version 24 for Windows. Furthermore, the
data analyzed using mean and grand mean formula to obtain quantitative results.
The evaluation results is “very good” based on the variable calculation of 3.36
mean, are included in “very good” category. Furthermore, all the sub-indicators
are listed as follows, initiative 3.38, flexibility 3.42, complexity 3.52, strength
3.16, consistency 3.19, feedback 3.27, observability 3.55 controllablility 3,33 and
efficiency 3,28. From this research, is expected that the Yogyakarta City Library

System testing is done by comparing manual calculations using Microsoft Excel and system calculations. Pada pengiriman produk gula pasir pada Perum BULOG DIY GBB Purwomartani ke wilayah Kabupaten Sleman dan Kota Yogyakarta belum memiliki rute distribusi yang tepat, sehingga rute tidak tetap akan mempengaruhi jarak tempuh dan pengeluaran biaya distribusi. tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengoptimalkan rute distribusi dalam pengiriman produk gula pasir di wilayah Kabupaten Sleman dan Kota Yogyakarta agar memperoleh jarak tempuh dan biaya distribusi minimum berdasarkan permasalahan CVRP dengan metode Clarke and Wrigt Savings dan Nearest Neighbor. Hasil pengolahan data dengan Clarke and Wright Savings menghasilkan jarak sebesar 178.1 km atau mengalami pengehematan total jarak tempuh sebesar 48% dan biaya sebesar Rp 702.380,125 atau mengalami penghematan total biaya sebesar 45.96% dari rute perusahaan hanya dengan 1 pick up. In this research, an information system for calculating cow's weight with
the center of gravity was developed. The system data processing method will use

The results of this study are an information system that is able to display
cow weights effectively and efficiently. This is based on the average difference in

the desired criteria. Then it takes a support system of land selection kavling with
the method of Simple Additive Weighting. There are 5 criteria that are considered
and used are the price per meter, land area, nearby facilities, total price and
distance from the city center.
This research shows that the calculation through the computer is the same
as the manual calculation and managed to design a system that can provide the
recommendation of land kavling in Yogyakarta using the Simple Additive
Weighting (SAW) method. Based on the results of the system functionality test,

number of motorized vehicles manually is limited to the accuracy of human vision.
Currently, almost every intersection in Indonesia, especially CCTV / ATCS
cameras have been installed, therefore the author sees the possibility of utilizing the
video from the camera to be processed in order to generate traffic flow monitoring
data automatically.
This research was started by collecting data from CCTV / ATCS of the
Department of Transportation of Sukoharjo Regency and after that the image preprocessing
was done with cropping. Followed by object detection, tracking and
counting or vehicle counting. The vehicle calculation in this video is done using the
convolutional neural network architecture.
The results of this study conclude that if you want to count cars, be it trucks,
buses, minibuses, sedans or pickups, the COCO dataset is suitable to use the truck,

process for the certification of rice seeds in the Department of Agriculture in DIY
is still using the manual method, not yet using the system. For that we need a system
that is able to provide decisions to determine which padi seeds are entitled to get
certification.
For this reason, a decision support system is needed by using the Simple
Additive Weighting and Weighted Product methods. These two methods was
chosen because it uses many considerations as a basis for decision making. There
are 6 criteria used for certifying padi seeds, water content, pure seeds, other plant

santri in their learning did not develop optimally. Thus, the researcher analyzes
the association between the entrance examination scores and the final exam
scores as learning outcomes and uses the results of the association analysis as
classification material. The purpose of this study is to know the association of the
entrance examination scores for the new school year and final exam scores and to
determine the class classification based on the results of the entrance examination
scores.
This study utilizes data mining techniques using the Classification Based
on Association algorithm which applies association and classification. This
algorithm has the stages of producing rule items that are often CBA-RG, applying
the CBA-RG algorithm to produce CAR sets, then building a classifier based on
CARs sets. This algorithm can produce a model for classifying new Santri of
Madrasah Salafiyah Tiga in class determination divided into classes I'dad,
Awwal, Tsani, and Tsalits.
The results of testing the CBA algorithm with Python get ENOUGH rule
→ Awwal with the highest confidence value of 0.97 or 97%, meaning that of all
students who get enough grades then get a starting class of 0.97 or 97%. Whereas
the calculation of the average number of rules in the classifier built by CBA-CB
uses prCAR. The first value is the average number of M1 more efficient than M2
with an average of 78. Also, testing accuracy in Python using the CBA algorithm
with support = 0.01, and confidence = 0.5 produces an accuracy of

confusion matrix and K-fold cross validation. With the confusion matrix, SVM has
an accuracy value of 83%, a precision value of 83%, a recall value of 98.8%, and a
specificity value of 9%. While NBC has an accuracy value of 82.3%, a precision
value of 82.3%, a recall value of 99.7%, and a specificity value of 3.4% with TFIDF.

Kehadiran sistem informasi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kemudahan, kenyamanan dan keamanan bagi penggunanya yang membutuhkan informasi mengenai pembelian secara online.
Sistem informasi ini dirancang dengan menggunakan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pengembangan sistem. Sistem ini memanfaatkan database MySQL sebagai database Server, PHP digunakan sebagai bahasa pemrograman dan dibantu dengan java script sebagai media tambahan yang memiliki fungsi tertentu seperti menampilkan gambar.
Sistem ini dapat memberikan proses penjualan baju secara online sehingga dapat membantu pembeli dalam menentukan pilihan produk berdasarkan produk terlaris, proses order akan dikirim ke email pembeli serta laporan penjualan bagi administrator. Namun pada sistem ini hanya terbatas pada pemesanan baju saja sedangkan untuk pembayaran masih dilakukan secara offline. divNIM.: 06650016 ASYIAH
