meningkatkan layananya, dalam menyediakan akses informasi atau
mempertemukan informasi dengan user tanpa dibatasi oleh ruang dan waktu.
Oleh karena itu, perpustakaan fakultas ISIPOL UGM mengelola koleksi digital
yang di khususkan pada referensi perkuliahan atau bahan bacaan kuliah,
diantaranya bertujuan untuk memaksimalkan layananya “tidak membatasi hak
akses user terhadap koleksi” dan meminimalisir kurangnya koleksi-koleksi yang
dijadikan sebagai referensi perkuliahan.
Dalam pengelolaan koleksi digital ini terdapat beberapa tahapan yang
harus dilakukan untuk sampai proses pelayanan atau dapat ditemu kembali.
Pertama, pengadaan. Pengadaan merupakan proses dimana koleksi ini diperoleh.
Kedua, pengolahan. Pengolahan merupakan proses mengolah koleksi mulai dari
proses penentuan subjek, keyword, kepengaraan, kolasi, impresum dan lain-lain.
Ketiga, upload. Upload adalah kegiatan memasukkan/input data yang sudah
melewati proses pengolahan ke sistem perpustakaan digital.
Koleksi digital berbasis mata kuliah adalah jenis literature atau referensi
yang digunakan sebagai materi perkuliahan dan disajikan dalam bentuk digital.
Koleksi seperti ini sangat membantu dalam hal ketersediaan referensi yang ada di
perpustakaan. Karena, dengan hal ini kekurangan akan buku-buku teksbook dapat

Adapun cara yang ditempuh oleh perpustalman SD Muhammadiyah Suryowijayan Yogtakarta untuk
memperoleh bahan pustaka diantaranya adalah dengan melalui pembelian, hadiah dan pinjaman.
Sedangkan piahak-pihak yang berhak melakssnakan selel<si bahan pustaka adalah kepala sekolah,
guru dan pustakawan.
Kendala yang selam ini dihadapi perpustakaan dalam pengadaan bahan pustaka adalah belum
memiliki kebtiakan pengadaan bahan pustaka secora tertulis, terbatasnya jumlah anggqran untuk
pengadaan bahan pustaka dan tidak melahukan penyeleksian terhadap bahan pustaka yang berasal
dari hadiah

Utilization of E‐Book Collection is done by descriptive method with quantitative
approach. The instrument used in this study is a questionnaire that includes two

The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing.
The results showed that the Kuningan School of Health Sciences Library already had a good collection development policy. The form of collection development developed is print and digital through the developed software, namely eprints which are used for local content and caliber for digital books collection. The form of implementation of collection development is based on the implementation of the collection development policy. Collection development method by conducting community analysis, selection policy, selection, procurement of collections, weeding and evaluation. The collection development steps are carried out by determining the general policy of collection development, determining the authority of the duties and responsibilities of all elements involved in the development, identifying user needs through face-to-face interviews, online form methods, and note-taking methods. This research is descriptive quantitative research with a correlation study. The sample used in this study amounted to 68 library science students at UIN Sunan Kalijaga who use iPusnas. The results showed that: 1) the usability of the iPusnas according to users among Library Science students at UIN Sunan Kalijaga was high with a grand mean value of 2.96; 2) the loyalty of users of the iPusnas among Library Science students at UIN Sunan Kalijaga is high with a grand mean value of 2.97; 3) there is a positive and strong relationship between usability and loyalty of iPusnas users among Library Science students at UIN Sunan Kalijaga (positive r count is 0.608) and from the results of a simple linear test it is known that usability affects loyalty by 37%, if the usability variable increases 1 % there will be an increase in the loyalty variable of 0.240. Type of this research was descriptive quantitative. The subjects in this study were users who had used collections, interacted with librarians, accessed the digital collection service website at the DPAD Library Service Center and the object in this study was user satisfaction. This study obtained 99 samples using the Taro Yamane formula. This study used purposive sampling as sampling technique. The research variable was user satisfaction on digital collection services using the LibQUAL +™ method. Validity and reliability test determined by Product Moment correlation formula and Alpha Cronbach. Data analysis used measurement level of conformity and score average between expectation level and service performance level then used gap analysis to determine user satisfaction level. The study show that the user satisfaction level in the dimension/sub variable aspect was dissatisfied with value of -0.47 and respondent level of conformity 86.78%, while the indicator aspect was dissatisfied with value of -0.46 and respondent level of conformity 87.13%. study aims to analyze the pattern of Electronic Resources management, Unravel the
supporting and inhibiting factors, and identify the solutions made for these
obstacles.
This type of research is field research. Data collection uses the method of
observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews. the data collected is then
analyzed. Data analysis used the Miles and Hubberman interactive analysis method
with the help of the NVIVO version 12 application.
The results obtained in the study are as follows: first, there are three stages
in the management of Electronic Resources at the UIN Sunan Kalijaga library
which are analyzed using the TERMS theory; 1) Procurement of Electronic
Resources collection that is associated with indicators of identification of Electronic
Resources content and acquisition of Electronic Resources collection. 2) Utilization
of Electronic Resources that are associated with implementation indicators. 3)
Electronic Resources Evaluation associated with evaluation indicators and ongoing
access, annual reviews (value for money), as well as cancellations and
replacements. Second, the supporting and inhibiting factors are divided respectively
into tangible and intangible aspects. 1) tangible supporting factors such as
electricity and internet availability and EZProxy authentication. 2) Intangible
supporting factors are leadership support and supporting academic climate. 3)
Tangible inhibiting factors are the budget and electricity that often dies. 4)
Intangible inhibiting factors are language, negative perspectives related to the
management of Electronic Resources and limited human resources. Third, the
solution to the obstacles is 1) by conducting intensive promotion of lecturers. 2) the
library also collaborates with postgraduate students to require students to use a

photos. The obtained data were analyzed by the Miles and Huberman’s theory,
including data reduction, data display, data serving and verification. The result of this
research are the implementation of media transfer for the blind collection carried out
by the Resource Center IX consists of two ways, manual method and using software.
There are three types of media transfer models, first for language books without
formulas or pictures. Second, for books that contain formulas such as mathematics,
physics and chemistry books. And, finally for the maps or books that contain pictures.
In this study, researcher suggests the library to making written rules regarding the
making of formulas or pictures, this aims to make it easier for officers to transfer media.
To overcome obstacles related to the quality of human resources, it can be overcome

Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif dengan subjek penelitian pemustaka Perpustakaan Pascasarjana Fakultas Hukum UII. Dalam pengumpulan data, peneliti menggunakan teknik kuesioner, observasi dan wawancara. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner tertutup dengan skala likert. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan yaitu berjumlah 87 responden dari populasi 697 pemustaka. Dan metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu dengan accidental sampling. Selain itu, dalam pengambilan data peneliti menggunakan bantuan google form. Hal ini dilakukan mengingat situasi sedang terjadi pandemi Covid-19 dan mengharuskan untuk melaksanakan protokol kesehatan. Adapun hasil penelitian secara keseluruhan yang terdiri dari 2 sub variabel, 6 indikator dan 17 butir pertanyaan didapatkan hasil yang baik. Sub variabel internal mendapat skor gand mean 3,22, dan sub variabel faktor eksternal mendapat skor grand mean 3,52. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. Methods of data collection in this study using observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity test in this study used 4 tests, namely: Credibility Test (extension of observation, triangulation, and membercheck), Transferability Test, Dependability Test, and Confirmability Test. The data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this research are: (1) Utilization of the Mayoga E-Library application collection can be done by borrowing, reading without borrowing the collection, marking some words or sentences that are considered important, and utilizing several features so that they can be used when reading the collection. (2) The problems that occur in the application collection activities include unattractive types of collections, collections are still too heavy for students, promotional activities are only limited to 10th grade students, and limited human resources who are responsible for monitoring the Mayoga E-Library. The data gathering used in this research are questionnaire, observation, interview, and documentation. The population of this study were users who used Institutional Repository service facilities at the Yogyakarta State University Library. From the research population, samples were taken based on the Slovin formula, obtained a sample of 100 users. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling. The variable in this research is single, namely the level of customer satisfaction in Institutional Repository services using End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) which consists of five dimensions of content (content), dimensional accuracy (accuracy), dimensional format (shape), dimensions of ease of use (ease of use), timekeeping dimensions (timekeeping). The results showed that based on the satisfaction level of users to the Institutional Repository service at the Yogyakarta State University Library using End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS), it showed that the satisfaction level of users to the Content variable got a score of 79,25%, accuracy got a score of 77%, Format got a score of 77,08%, Ease of Use got a value of 76,75% and timeliness got a value of 76,91%. The measurement of the satisfaction level of the users which consists of five dimensions gives a total presentation of 77,39%, so it is categorized as satisfied. Penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Variabel penelitian ini bersifat tunggal yaitu evaluasi Perpustakaan Digital iJogja berdasarkan teori Usability Testing. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan angket. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 15698 orang, sedangkan sampel berjumlah 100 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik insidental sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen utama berupa angket. Uji validitas instrumen menggunakan rumus korelasi product moment, dan uji reliabilitas instrumen menggunakan rumus Alpha Cronbach. Evaluasi Perpustakaan Digital iJogja diukur berdasarkan kompoenen Usability Testing menurut Nielsen (2003) yang terdiri dari 5 komponen yaitu learability, efficiency, memorbality, errors, satisfaction. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus mean dan grand mean dengan dibantu aplikasi IBM SPSS Statistic 20. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan keseluruhan nilai rata-rata dari ke lima (5) sub variabel sebsar 3,06 sehingga dapat dikategorikan baik. Adapun untuk rincian masing-masing sub variabel yaitu untuk sub variabel kemudahan dipelajari (learability) sebesar 3,23, sub variabel efisiensi (efficiency), sub variabel mudah diingat (memorbality), sub variabel kesalahan (errors), sub variabel kepuasan (satisfaction). Berdasarkan analisis data dapat diketahui bahwa secara kegunaan evaluasi Perpustakaan Digital iJogja berdasarkan teori Usability Testing sudah tergolong baik. ELEKTRONIK EMERALD TERHADAP KEPUASAN
PEMUSTAKA DI PERPUSTAKAAN UNIVERSITAS
GADJAH MADA YOGYAKARTATesis ini membahas tentang pengaruh pemanfaatan
jurnal elektronik emerald terhadap kepuasan pemustaka di
Perpustakaan Universitas Gadjah Mada Yogyakarta. Tujuan
penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui, (1) Pemanfaatan jurnal
elektronik emerald, (2) Tingkat kepuasan pemustaka dalam
pemanfaatan jurnal elektronik emerald, dan (3) Pengaruh
pemanfaatan jurnal elektronik emerald terhadap kepuasan
pemustaka. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini
adalah berdasarkan teori Thamrin Hasan; Navjyoti Dhingra
dan Sulistyo Basuki.
Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi yang
diambil adalah pemustaka yang memanfaatkan jurnal
elektronik emerald di Perpustakaan Universitas Gadjah Mada
Yogyakarta. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 responden
dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik
pengambilan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi,
wawancara, kuisioner, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang
digunakan adalah mengecek data kuisioner, mentabulasi data
dengan menggunakan skala likert 1-4. Kemudian peneliti
dalam proses uji pengaruh menggunakan uji asumsi klasik,
uji regresi linear sederhana, uji koefisien determinasi, dan uji
hipotesis.
Hasil penelitian dengan melakukan pengujian yang
dijelaskan diatas menunjukkan bahwa (1) Pemanfaatan jurnal
elektronik emerald di Perpustakaan Universitas Gajah Mada
Yogyakarta dengan grand mean 3,37 termasuk dalam
kategori tinggi, (2) Kepuasan pemustaka di Perpustakaan
Universitas Gajah Mada Yogyakarta dengan grand meanvii
3,38 termasuk dalam kategori tinggi, dan (3) Pengaruh
pemanfaatan jurnal elektronik emerald terhadap kepuasan
pemustaka di Perpustakaan Universitas Gajah Mada
Yogyakarta menunjukkan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar
0,309, sehingga dimana pemanfaatan jurnal elektronik
emerald memberikan pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pemustaka
sebesar 30,9%.
Adapun saran berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini yaitu
Perpustakaan Universitas Gadjah Mada perlu melakukan
promosi jurnal elektronik emerald, sosialisasi, pelatihan dan
penelusuran informasi dalam pemanfaatan jurnal elektronik
emerald, meminta kepada pihak vendor penyedia database
memberikan layanan bimbingan penggunaan yang lebih
intensif kepada pemustaka atau dengan metode bimbingan
penggunaan secara terpadu kepada pustakawan, diharapkan
pustakawan dapat memberikan bimbingan penggunaan secara
terpadu kepada pemustaka secara intensif juga kepada

INDONESIAPengembangan koleksi perpustakaan tidak hanya dilakukan berdasarkan
pendekatan profesionalitas berbasis paradigma positivistik, tetapi juga berdasarkan
pemihakan yang berparadigma konstruktivistik. Tata kelola koleksi dipengaruhi
oleh berbagai faktor, di antaranya, ideologi dan komodifikasi atau ekonomi
politik. Penelitian ini berupaya melihat sejauh mana kontestasi ideologi sekaligus
kaitannya dengan komodifikasi kelembagan dan khalayak dalam pengembangan
koleksi perpustakaan UMY. Kontestasi ideologi tersebut dilihat dengan mengacu
pada konsep strukturasi Anthony Giddens dan teori habitus Bourdieu. Proses
kontestasi tersebut disimpulkan dalam tiga formasi, yang meliputi kelembagaan
internal, kelembagaan eksternal, dan profesionalitas pustakawan. Kelembagaan
internal diwakili perpustakaan UMY berhadapan dengan kelembagaan eksternal
yang diwakili lembaga-lembaga luar, seperti American Corner, Iranian Cormer,
penerbit, dan sebagainya. Profesionalitas pustakawan di sisi lain juga berhadapan
dengan kedua kelembagaan. Pustakawan menunjukkan sikap profesionalitasnya
berhadapan dengan dominasi ideologis kedua kelembagaan melalui berbagai
strategi dalam menjalankan pengembangan koleksi perpustakaan. Proses
kontestasi dan komodifikasi tersebut dilihat berdasarkan hasil wawancara
dengan lima informan dari pengelola perpustakaan yang didukung dengan
pengamatan langsung di lapangan. Hasil penelitian tersebut merekomendasikan
bahwa paradigma konstruktivistik penting digunakan untuk membaca fenomena
inheren perpustakaan yang tidak mengenal kuantifikasi. Suatu kebijakan tidak
akan berkesinambungan jika pengelola tidak mencoba menjadikan ideologi kelembagaan sebagai ukuran pengambilan kebijakan. Jadi, wacana ideologi
perlu menjadi sandingan di kalangan pustakawan dalam menjalankan kerja
profesionalnya.

Indonesia)Nowadays the development of digital-based library has attracted much attention and become a leading program of library services that are quite effective and efficient. However, the presence of digital library services in the form of institutional repository is actually a special challenge for libraries. Not only providing such services, but the library also needs to know how about to what extent the utilization of the services for users, and whether or not the services work as expected in the way to increase performance. This is the purpose of this study, which is to determine the utilization of electronic repository services and the level of usability at university library of UII Yogyakarta. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative using a sampling technique of slovin formula with the margin of error by 10%. There are 98 respondents used as samples from 6.000 members of the research population. Those respondents were given a number of questions through a questionnaire that has been prepared based on several indicators for utilization of digital collection and its usability level at electronic repository. Based on the results of analysis, it can be concluded that the level of usability of UII library e-repository reaches good categories in most indicators, including usefulness, relevancy, efficiency, reliability, and accuracy in which those are in the value percentage, between 65 - < 85. Meanwhile, the effectiveness, learnability, and satisfaction indicators only get scores between 45 - < 65 meaning in the level of satisfactory. The same what happens in the utilization rate of digital collections by which the three indicators, i.e. the intensity, frequency, and diversity uses also get the level of satisfactory as can be seen in the results of the percentage between 45 - < 65. This level can be concluded that the utilization of digital collection through UII library e-repository is still low.
