Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between perceptions of rewards and the achievement motivation of Employees PT "X". Research subjects in this study were employees of PT 'X' which amounts to 50 employees. Sampling techniques in this study used purposive sampling techniques. Methods of data collection in this study using a perception of reward scale and achievement motivation scale. Data analysis was done by using product moment correlation test. The results showed that: There is a significant positive relationship between perceptions of rewards with achievement motivation of employees of PT "X", this is indicated by the correlation coefficient r xy = 0.975 and p = 0.000, thus it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted.
