Abstract

Islamic work ethics that are based on religious norms in the activities of each activity, not only oriented to the achievement of goals, but also as a means every human being to worship. This study builds behavioral who use Islam as a variable work ethic, which lately is often used in conjunction with a moral crisis that often occur. Moral crisis in the form of cases the discomfort of employees in the activities of the activity (quality of the ability to commit to the organization, policy leaders who have a negative effect on the employees, to the attitude egoisentris) so that the religious level can be applied in the activities of the activities within the organization, which will then lead to an increase in the quality of a organization. This study aims to examine (1) What is the work ethics of Islam can affect organizational commitment, (2) What Is the work ethic of Islam affect significantly to organizational citizenship behavior, (3) What is the work ethics of Islam can also affect servant leadership that impact the policies of the leader does not become burden for employees. The sample in this study were taken using the method of data collection is called purposive sampling. The samples used as many as 47 respondents. Data were analyzed using analysis techniques PLS (Partial Least Square) through software SmartPLS. The results showed that Islamic work ethics significant and positive impact on organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior, servant leadership. The implication of this research is the application of Islamic work ethics need their attention, level of organizational quality good views of employee commitment, servant leadership and social behavior of employees in organizations seen quite an increase.
