Abstract

This study aims to describe the dynamics of self-efficacy on working activist student. Informants in this study are students, are three informants active in organizational and work. The three informants are currently living in Yogyakarta. This study used a qualitative method with phenomenological approach. The data in this study was obtained by the method of data collection interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the research that has been done, the researcher oncluded that the three informants have different self efficiency images on the level of the difficulty and the schale of the task but they have common level of power. All informants are conviced that they are able to do campus activities, organization, and work
