Abstract

Latar belakang diadakannya penelitian ini adalah melengkapi sumber belajar praktis dan efektif untuk siswa kelas V SDIT Salsabila 2 Klaseman, yang berupa handout dengan pendekatan yang mengaktifkan siswa menemukan konsep sendiri.Tujuan dari belajar menggunakan handout ini yaitu memberikan motivasi belajar bagi siswa untuk tertarik membaca dan belajar matematika dengan materi yang ringkas dan sesuai dengan kurikulum. Siswa dapat termotivasi belajar matematika dengan kelengkapan sumber belajar yang digunakan sebagai pendamping di rumah maupun di kelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan produk handout matematika kelas V semester 2 dengan suatu pendekatan inkuiri terbimbing untuk memfasilitasi keaktifan siswa dalam menyelesaikan suatu persoalan matematik, mendeskripsikan kelayakan handout yang dikembangkan, dan mengetahui keefektifan handout dalam analisis peningkatan hasil belajar sebelum penggunaan handout dan sesudah penggunaan handout dalam pembelajaran di kelas. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan. Produk yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini berupa bahan ajar cetak yaitu handout matematika berbasis inkuiri terbimbing untuk kelas V pada semester 2. Model pengembangan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini, yaitu Borg and Gall dengan modifikasi menjadi beberapa tahapan yaitu tahap Eksplorasi, tahap pengembangan produk, dan tahap Uji Coba. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SDIT Salsabila 2 Klaseman. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa lembar angket, lembar observaasi dan butir soal. Instrumen angket digunakan untuk menilai validitas Handout yang dilakukan oleh ahli materi, ahli media dan guru Matematika kelas V SDIT Salsabila 2 Klaseman. Selain itu angket juga disebarkan kepada 26 siswa kelas V SDIT Salsabila 2 Klaseman untuk mengetahui respon siswa terhadap Handout Matematika berbasis inkuiri terbimbing yang dikembangkan. Berdasarkan analisis Hasil pengembanagn handout diperoleh kualitas handout berdasarkan Baik (B) Sangat Baik (SB) Sangat Baik (SB) respon siswa terhadap produk yang dikembangkan Sangat Baik, dan berdasarkan hasil pre-test dan post-test pada uji terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar siswa sebelum dan sesudah penggunaan handout matematika yaitu kenaikan rata-rata sebesar 10,19%. Kesimpulan hasil uji coba handout yang dikembangkan adalah efektif digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran dikelas dan dapat meningkatakan hasil belajar. Besides that Handout also have important role for teacher and student, in learning which done individually, group and also classical. Students can be motivated to learn math with the completeness of learning resources used as a companion at home and in the classroom. This study aims to develop a class V math handout product semester second with a guided inquiry approach to facilitate students' activeness in solving a mathematical problem; Describes the feasibility of developed handouts; And knowing the effectiveness of handouts in the analysis of improved learning outcomes prior to the use of handouts and after the use of handouts in classroom learning. This type of research is development research. The product developed in this research is a printed material that is a guided inquiry based mathematical handout for class V in even semester. The development model used in this research is Borg and Gall with modification into several stages: Exploration stage, product development stage, and stage Trials. Subjects in this study were students of grade V SDIT Salsabila 2 Klaseman. The instrument used in this research is a questionnaire, observation sheet and item. The questionnaire instrument is used to assess the validity of Handouts conducted by material experts, media experts and teachers of V grade V SDIT Salsabila 2 Klaseman. Besides that the questionnaire was also disseminated to 26 students of grade V SDIT Salsabila 2 Klaseman to know the student response to Handout Mathematics based on guided inquiry developed. Handout validation is done by converting qualitative data into quantitative data, then analyzed as a whole and peraspek, the calculation result of the calculation result is converted into product feasibility value. Based on the analysis, the result of handout handout is obtained by handout quality based on the expert judgment of "Good (B)", the assessment of media expert "Very Good (SB)", the assessment of "Very Good (SB)" mathematics teacher. While the student response to the product developed Very Good, and based on the results of pre-test and post-test on small-scale trials there is an increase in student learning outcomes before and after the use of guided inquiry math based handout. Based on the results of the trial handouts developed are effectively used in the process of learning in class and can increase learning outcomes. Keywords: handout, math learning, guided inquiry
