Abstract

This study aims to determine 1) Balance Scorecard measurement method by analyzing the performance of BPRS Bangun Drajat Citizens 2011-2015 in translating the vision, mission into the strategy of BPRS Bangun Drajat Warga; 2) Efforts made by BPRS Bangun Drajat Warga to improve performance based on the implementation of Balance Scorecard results perspective strategy. This research is a qualitative research because it uses Balance Scorecard as a tool of strategic implementation in an effort to improve the performance of BPRS Bangun Drajat Warga. A qualitative approach is chosen to make the Balance Scorecard framework a more immediate result. The results of the research are 1) the framing of Balance Scorecard can assist in translating the vision and mission into goals, benchmarks, targets and strategic initiatives; 2) the measurement of Balance Scorecard performance in BPRS Bangun Drajat Warga is done by analyzing the vision, mission and strategic objectives of BPRS which are then translated into strategic measures, targets and strategic initiatives. This measurement is expected to provide steps in the form of work programs-work programs that can improve the performance of BPRS Bangun Drajat Warga thoroughly from measuring customer perspective, internal business process perspective, growth and learning perspective and financial perspective as a whole in achieving the vision, mission and objectives Strategic BPRS Bangun Drajat Warga
