Abstract

Neo Aisya Yuniar. Management of Learners Based Full Day School in the formation of Character in kindergarten Yaa Bunayya Donoharjo Balong Ngaglik Sleman. Yogyakarta: courses on Islamic education, early childhood, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Pedagogy UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, 2018. Background this study was Education as the engine management requires planners, pengerak and pengevaluasiannya, this much-needed management in school from both the kindergarten level to high school. Learner management is part of the substantive management of the school as a whole. Learner management more strategic positions of management curriculum and teaching among the substantive management of the supporters. The overall existing activities in school ultimately efforts a reliable service to learners. The management of the school is closely associated with the character development in school. Through a Full Day School established in the management is a means of character development that starts from the first time students attend school until graduation from school. This research aims to know the management of learners based full day school in the formation of character in kindergarten Yaa Bunayya Donoharjo Balong Ngaglik Sleman. This research is qualitative research background, by taking TK Yaa Bunayya Ngaglik Sleman. As for the collection of data is done by doing the observations on a protege, interviews with school principals, educators, caregivers, and the documentation in the TK Yaa Bunayya Ngaglik Sleman. Data analysis was done by giving meaning to the data that was successfully collected, further drawn the conclusion. Then for the inspection/checking of the validity of the data using the technique of triangulation. The results showed that: (1) TK Bunayya Yaa manage attendees his protégé systematically by the existence of a clear SOP. (2) Program formation of Character kindergarten Yaa Bunayya taught how to behave. This character development is monitored with a progress report in book form daily student liaison. Outline the nature of which can already be developed include awareness of the dump is in place, make a mistake, when honesty sincerity when asked for help, the independence to eat themselves, etc. (3) the factors supporting programs full day school in the formation of character kindergarten Yaa Bunayya include the appropriate human resources qualification, curriculum composed good sarpras, which supports and a conducive school environment. While the penghambatnya factors include educators who often leave, lack of competence of educators, and home environment less supportive.
