Abstract

This study aims to determain the hypothesa that theres was a positive correlation between time management and self regulation learning in studying student santri at Al-Barokah boarding school. This research was conducted at Al-Barokah boarding school. Research subjects numbered 60 santri.the research used random sampling technique. Self regulation learning is measured by the self regulation scale of learning, the result of modification of the scale that has been compliled by Ndaru Putri Y (2015). The scale of self-regulation learning has a reliability value of 0.930. The Self Regulation scale in learning has 50 valid items. The time management scale is measured by the Time Management scale with a reliability value of 0.949. The time management scale has 52 valid items. Correlation test using correlation technique Product Moment analysis done by SPSS 16.0 for windows program. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive relationship between time management and self regulation learning. Correlation of time management with self regulation in learning obtained coefficient r = 0,808 with significance or p = 0,000. The effective contribution of time management to self regulation learning is 65.4%.
