Abstract

The aims of this study is to find out mayor hypothesis relationship between interpersonal attraction difable and emphaty volunteer with prosocial behavior volunteer in PLD (Pusat Layanan Difabel) UIN Sunan Kalijaga and minor hypothesis relationship between interpersonal attraction with prosocial behavior volunteer and relationship between emphaty volunteer with prosocial behavior volunteer . The subject of this study are 40 volunteer in PLD (Pusat Layanan Difabel)UIN Sunan Kalijaga. Data were collected with the instruments who made by author, that is interpersonal attraction scale, emphaty scale, and prosocial behavior scale. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis. The result of this researach is that there is a positive correlation between interpersonal attraction difable and emphaty volunteer with prosocial behavior volunteer in PLD (Pusat Layanan Difabel)) with contribution effective of 66,2 %. Interpersonal attarction effective contribution of 5,1 % and emphaty has an effective contribution of 61,2 %. The higher the interpersonal attraction and Emphaty then the higher prosocial behavior. The lower the interpersonal attraction and Emphaty then the lower prosocial behavior
