Abstract

This study aims to determine the overall performance of the bank using the balanced scorecard method. This research is a qualitative research. The population in this study were all customers, employees, and managers in the KCS Syariah BTPN Bank DIY Sleman Branch with sampling using simple random method. Data collection techniques using questionnaires with a total sample of 30 respondents and financial data from 2014 to 2017. The validity test of the instrument using the Pearson Correlation formula. Instrument reliability uses the Alpha Cronbach formula. The results of this study indicate that the performance of the Syariah BTPN Bank of Sleman DIY KCS Branch can be measured using the balanced scorecard method and get good results from all four perspectives, namely financial perspective, customer, internal business processes, and learning and growth
