Abstract

The background of this study is the purpose of learning Arabic in addition to listening, speaking, reading and writing skills as well as good learning outcomes. Many factors can influence the listening, speaking, reading and writing skills as well as learning outcomes, namely students, teachers, facilities, and others. Each madrasa has its own program in improving listening, speaking, reading and writing skills as well as learning outcomes. One effort to improve both in MAN 3 Bantul is that it can be done with Muhadatsah learning. The purpose of this study was to determine how high the effect of Muhadatsah learning effectiveness was on listening, speaking, reading, writing and learning outcomes of XI grade students of MAN 3 Bantul This research is quantitative research. The population of this study was the eleventh grade students of MAN 3 Bantul 2018/2019 academic year as many as 56 students consisting of class X1 Religion. Data collection is done using the questionnaire method. Instrument analysis includes validity and reliability analysis. Data analysis includes descriptive analysis and linear regression analysis. The results of the study show: (1) The effectiveness of the majority of students' Muhadatsah learning is in the fairly high category of 35.7% or 20 students. (2) The listening, speaking, reading and writing skills of the majority Arabic students are at a fairly high level, which is 41.1% or 23 students. (3) The learning outcomes of the majority class students are at a fairly high level, namely as many as 33.9% or 19 students. (4) There is a significant positive effect on the effectiveness of Muhadatsah learning on listening, speaking, reading, writing and learning outcomes of the XI grade students of MAN 3 Bantul. The influence of the effectiveness of Muhadatsah's learning on the skills of listening, speaking, reading, writing was 33.6%, while the influence of the effectiveness of Muhadatsah's learning on students' Arabic learning outcomes was 56.1%.
