Data were collected by scale of parenting self efficacy that has an alpha coefficient of 0.920, a scale of fatigue that has an alpha coefficient of 0.874 and a scale of parenting stress that has an alpha coefficient of 0.929. The statistical analysis technique used is the Multiple Regression analysis, Spearman Rho correlation technique and Pearson product moment correlation. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant negative relationship between fatigue and parenting stress on parenting self efficacy in parents who have children with special needs in Gunug Kidul SLB N 1 with a signivicance value = 0,000.
