Abstract

Sukuk rating and yield are very useful information for investors. Sukuk rating and yield describe the performance of an issuer. The yield obtained by investors becomes a consideration for the risk and return on an investment. This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity ratios, solvency, profitability, financial distress, and auditor reputation on sukuk ratings and to examine the effect of sukuk ratings on sukuk yields. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The analytical method used is ordinal logistic regression and linear regression. The research found that liquidity, solvency, and profitability had a positive effect on the sukuk rating. Meanwhile, financial distress and auditor reputation have a negative effect on the sukuk rating. This study also found the sukuk rating did not affect the yield of the sukuk.
