Abstract

The background of this research is that the state of thconditin of Covid-19 Virus Pandemic has made a huge impact on the education sector. Online learning requires institutions to transform learning technology in a short time. However, there are several obstacles in implementing online learning because the material presented online cannot be fully understood by students. Unless the teacher is able to make optimal use of technology. Teachers are required to innovate in developing online learning media according to the character of students in their institutions. This study aims to discuss innovations, barriers and solutions to developing online learning media in Al-Qur'an hadith subjects in MAN 1 Sleman. This research used a qualitative approach, with the type of field research. Data collection techniques used in this research were observation, interviews, and documentation. Data sources are directly from research subjects are waka kuruikulums, teachers of Al-Qur'an Hadith and student MAN 1 Sleman. Data analysis technique consists of data reduction, namely summarizing the main things, then presenting the data with a brief description through charts, the relationship between categories, folwcharts and the like. The last verifying data and conclusion. To test the validity of data the researchers performed credibility, dependability, and conformability. The results of this study indicate that the innovation in the development of online learning media in the subject of Al-Qur'an Hadith in MAN 1 Sleman, namely madrasah facilitating teachers and students to use e-learning. Then the head of madrasah gives freedom to teachers for being creativ and innovation developonline learning media. The form of the develop innovation is that the teacher makes learning media using the Minds Map Pro application combined with the Filmora application and will be uploaded on Youtube media as an online learning medium. There are 2 obstacles in the innovation of online learning media development, namely the teachers and students. Teachers lack mastery of technology in innovating for the development of online learning media. Meanwhile the obstacles of students bad cobbection to the internet network because not all students live in cities, gadgets that take turns with families, and a lack of motivation from students to learn online. The solution in the innovation of online learning media developmentis that madrasah should provide training for teachers to participate in the innovation dor the development of online learning media and take part in training outside madrasah be it MGMP activities, or online webinars.
