Abstract

Da'wah communication is a da'wah activity communicated by the Da'wah communicator to the Da'wah communicant that aims to communicate religious values, and can implement these values in daily actions and behavior. But in reality, the process of delivering da'wah is not an easy activity to carry, many problems and obstacles faced by preachers when carrying out missionary mission. Thus, a mature preacher is needed in carrying out and delivering the message of preaching to the wider community. Like the preaching carried out by Gus Miftah in the Localization of Yogyakarta Flower Market. This study aims to explain the motives and motivations of Gus Miftah to preach in the Flower Market Localization, then to explain the strategic approach of Gus Miftah propaganda communication, and the obstacles to preaching communication faced by Gus Miftah when preaching in the Localization of Flower Market. The uniqueness of this research is that carrying out da'wah at the place of prostitution has obstacles and problems that not everyone can overcome. But Gus Miftah was quite successful in overcoming obstacles and problems that had been a barrier for people who wanted to preach at the place of prostitution. Thus, this uniqueness makes it look more prominent in the world of da'wah in the homeland, even the preaching it does can be accepted by the Kembang Localization Localization community. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach that includes data information, which will then be explored in this thesis. The data collection techniques in this study are using observation, interviews and documentation. While the data analysis technique used is data reduction, then the presentation of data, and finally conclusions are drawn. The findings in this study indicate that Gus Miftah's motive for preaching in the Pasar Kembang localization is because he is anxious to see the condition of Pasar Kembang (Yogyakarta) because he is rarely touched by da'wah, high solidarity, inspired by ulama, and religious orders with the spirit of balligu 'anni even though sieve. Then the journey of Gus Miftah's missionary communication at the Pasar Kembang localization experienced ups and downs both from the acceptance of the target of preaching, local residents and support from the police as well as from the aspect of social and religious change. The success achieved cannot be separated from the obstacles of Da'wah communication received by Gus Miftah, ranging from socio-antro-psychological barriers, semantic barriers, mechanical barriers and ecological barriers. From these obstacles, Gus Miftah has overcome them and provided solutions to some of the obstacles faced when preaching in the Localization of the Flower Market.
